About Jenni
First of all I want to thank you for visiting my website. You are always welcome and have a place here.
My name is Jenni and I am a Health and Wellness Coach. I have been a fitness professional for about 12 years. I am a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Nutrition Specialist from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I also received my Pre/Post Natal Certification through the American Council on Exercise, am a licensed Zumba instructor, teach many group fitness formats and hold a current First Aid/CPR/AED card. I am a Volunteer Firefighter in Garwood and on the Volunteer Rescue Squad in Westfield. I coached softball at Oak Knoll High School and field hockey at Ridge High School.
I was born and raised in New Jersey and have been active for my entire life. Even though I played a sport every season in high school (field hockey, basketball, softball) it wasn't until I received a training program from my college coach that I discovered the importance of off season training. I believe the work I put into my strength program paid off throughout my college athletic career when I received all conference honors my first year. I was a starter on both my college field hockey and lacrosse teams.
After my college career I went on to compete in the bikini and figure divisions in the sport of bodybuilding. Placing top 3 in several shows was truly just the icing on the cake. The process of training for a show was unlike anything I've ever experienced. I learned more about myself and became a better trainer and coach as a result.
I enjoy working with men and women of all ages whether your goal is to get ready for a special event, lose or gain weight, increase flexibility, become stronger, have more energy or excel in a sport. I like to challenge my clients, pride myself on my creativity and will find a way to make them laugh along the way. I design programs based on the individual needs of my clients. My goal is to help you achieve yours!
