Private personal Training
One on One personal training is just that- PERSONAL! Private personal training is specific to you and your goals. If you want to climb a mountain, if you want to lose weight to fit into your favorite pants, if you have an injury or want to play with your kids without any hesitation this program will be exactly for you and only you! You won't just get a "workout" for the time we spend together, but will gain the knowledge and confidence to complete workouts on your own knowing that what you are doing is going to get you to your goal. You will learn how to modify exercises for your body and correct muscle imbalances. I guarantee you will progress to doing things you would have not thought were possible in a short amount of time!

Semi private personal training
Designed for two or more people to share a customized personal training session. These sessions are a perfect fit for friends, workout buddies and couples that share similar health and fitness goals. The format of semi private personal training is fun, motivating, challenging and may even give you the urge to engage in a little friendly competition! Each workout plan is tailored to progress both of your individual abilities in strength, cardiovascular endurance, balance, coordination, movement and flexibility. The guidance you will receive in each training session will help keep you and your partner(s) accountable to reach your goals in the most safe and effective way!
Partner Training Sessions are perfect for:
· friends/couples fitness training to lose weight and improve their physique
· workout buddies that have hit a plateau with their normal routine
· friends/couples training for an upcoming race or event
· those looking for a more cost effective personal training service

Sport Performance Training
Are you an athlete? Even a recreational athlete can get better at their sport. Trainers have studied body patterns and movements. They know the best exercises to help you develop strength, endurance, speed and agility for your sport. Whether you are looking to do a tough mudder, run a marathon, become a varsity starter or are looking to participate in college athletics, sport specific training will greatly improve your performance. Training will also improve an athlete's mobility and flexibility so they are able to move better. Incorporating speed and agility training along with power development will allow an athlete to accelerate faster, change direction quicker and be a more explosive player. You will learn stretching techniques and how to prevent injuries while building your confidence. As an athlete you always want to be healthy and injury free so why not keep up with a routine that will allow you to master the skills to become the best on the field, court, ice or race!
Fit mom's social club
Oh baby! Yes, I'm calling all moms and moms to be! Are you looking for a safe and effective way to get fit? Do you wish you could bring the baby with you to workout? Are you afraid you can't "fit" working out into your already hectic schedule? If you said yes to any of these questions, I am here to help you reach your goals! Pre and post-natal certified, I can challenge you safely and effectively. My programs are designed specifically with the busy mom in mind. I know how hard it is to find a place to leave the baby, bring them! These group sessions are perfect to set you up for success so bring your mommy friends and let’s get fit together!
zumba
What is Zumba?
Zumba is a fun filled dance class comprised of awesome music and positive energy while incorporating cardio and strength. The class mixes low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval style, calorie burning dance fitness party. Once the International Rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. It is a total body workout and will lift your spirit. It's super fun and you will have boosted energy and a feel amazing each time you leave class!
