          " Jenni is the bomb dot com, not only as a one on one trainer but especially during group fitness.

There were lines to get into the classroom before the previous class ended. Not like a line at the grocery store, more like the agonizing line at the women's restroom. The fact Jenni can captivate a room full of 40+ people, both men and women, ages 16 - probably your grandma's age, is astonishing. We all looked forward to Wednesday night Zumba because we knew we would have a good time dancing and laughing with everyone- Zumba will never be the same.

Fortunately I was able to train one on one with Jenni. She has continuously helped me achieve my goals and given me the tools to continue on this path. Not only do I recommend Jenni as the best trainer I've ever had but also consider her a friend.

To be honest, I was afraid to eat crappy food because I knew she would give me the raw truth- that I wasn't focused or determined enough. Jenni tells you what you need to hear, both positive and negative to keep you going. She made me realize traits about myself I was blind to, for that I am most grateful.           " When I was in my early 60's, my doctor told me the only thing that's been proven to slow and even reverse the aging process is regular exercise. I didn't want to become a fragile old lady with brittle bones and unsteady balance, so I looked for a trainer.

 I'm so lucky that I found Jenni! We have done strength training together for six years, and at almost 68 years old, I'm probably as strong as or stronger than I ever was. My balance, flexibility and endurance are pretty good, too.

Jenni is knowledgeable, compassionate and intuitive. More than that, she is funny, creative and cares deeply about her clients. She asks lots of questions and provides just the right mix of motivation, encouragement and tough love for people at every age and stage of fitness.           "I trained with Jenni in a group setting for the past year. I woke up each morning at 4:30 to be a part of her 5am class. Jenni treated us like family and she was our biggest cheerleader. She knew each one of us inside and out. At the beginning of each class she made eye contact, gave a high five and said something positive to each member of the class. She was able to differentiate the workout to meet the needs of each member of the class. Jenni was constantly implementing new ideas and making the workouts fun, yet challenging. She pushed me to do more than I thought I could. Jenni ended each session with a positive message that kept us thinking throughout the day. She made working out one of my favorite parts of the day. I looked forward to having her push me to exhaustion and kept coming back for more. I have worked out with many different group instructors and no one took my successes and failures so personally. I am stronger both mentally and physically for having Jenni as my trainer. I appreciate all her hard work and look forward to always working out with her in the future. "   -JC

 

 

          " I met Jenni at a small gym I was taking classes at where she was one of the instructors. When I was offered the chance to be able to train to become an instructor myself, Jenni took me under her wing. Becoming an instructor was a huge learning process for me and set me completely out of my comfort zone, but Jenni was with me every step of the way. I worked with her about 5 days a week both observing her classes and taking them as well. She is one of the funniest, down to earth and honest people I know and is just simply someone who I look up to. Being around her every morning motivated me to try harder and challenge myself in ways I didn't think I was capable. I could always count on her to give me advice when I needed it and know she always had my back whenever I did something incorrectly or messed up something in front of the room. Jenni instilled this confidence I didn't realize I had and she really pushed me to get out of my comfort zone to become the best instructor I could be. Even when I would take her classes, she made sure to check on me and make sure I was really pushing myself to my full potential. I will forever be grateful for the time I spent with Jenni at the gym and the knowledge I gained from working alongside her. She has become a good friend of mine and I know she will always be there for me in the future. Jenni has such a big heart and is always willing to help anyone and everyone she can. And if you're a dog person, then you will get along just fine!! :-) "     -VL
